• Where: the exact link or game ID,
• What: an explanation of why the content is unlawful or breaks our rules (for copyright and trademark: which work or brand and who owns it; for AI voices or videos: which person or voice is imitated),
• Who: your name and email address – except for reports concerning depictions of child sexual abuse,
• Declaration: that your information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

1. If you gave an email address, you receive a confirmation of receipt.
2. A member of our team reviews the notice promptly, carefully, free from arbitrariness and objectively. Automated tools help with sorting but do not decide alone.
3. If the content is unlawful or breaks our rules, we remove it, take it out of the arcade or block it. In serious cases we also suspend the account.
4. We tell you our decision and which remedies are available.
5. The person who created the content receives a clear and specific statement of reasons (Art. 17 DSA). We only pass on your name if strictly necessary.

If you disagree with our decision – whether as the reporting person or as the creator of the game – reply to our email within six months or write to markus@explore-saudi.com. A person who was not involved in the first decision reviews the case again and replies with reasons.

You can also complain to the Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur) as Digital Services Coordinator (Art. 53 DSA) or go to court. The route to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body (Art. 21 DSA) is also open to you.
