Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

If you use this online function, we will promptly send you, on a durable medium (e.g. by email), a confirmation of receipt with information on the content of the withdrawal declaration and the date and time of its receipt. You find the “Withdraw from contract” button at the bottom of every page.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if we have begun performance of the contract (crediting of the credits) after you have expressly consented that we begin performance before the withdrawal period ends, you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving this consent once performance begins, and we have provided you with confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (§ 356(5) German Civil Code).

If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your exercise of the right of withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

You receive the gift card code right after payment. This does not affect your right of withdrawal: you can withdraw from the purchase of a gift card within fourteen days. On withdrawal the code becomes invalid. If the gift card has already been redeemed, we review the individual case and take back credits not yet used; the refund goes to the buyer.

You pay for AI media (music, effects, voices, trailers) with credits you have already bought. By ordering you use up credits without a new purchase contract arising; sections A to C apply to the purchase of the credits. If creation of a medium fails for good, we automatically refund the credits.

This is how online withdrawal under § 356a German Civil Code works – without signing in:

1. Click “Withdraw from contract” – the button is at the bottom of every page (labelled in German as “Vertrag widerrufen”).
2. On the next page you enter your name, the contract (e.g. the order or contract number from the confirmation email) and the email address for the confirmation of receipt. You don’t have to give a reason.
3. You send the withdrawal with “Confirm withdrawal”. Only then is the declaration made.
4. You promptly receive a confirmation of receipt with the content of your declaration and the date and time of receipt – immediately on the page and additionally by email. This confirmation only says that your declaration has reached us; whether the withdrawal is effective (deadline, expiry under § 356) we check afterwards and reply to you by email.
